These are the Terms and Conditions* for buying prints from Jason Davis Images. You will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions before any purchase is deemed complete.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales from this online store are final so please make any purchase decisions carefully. You will not be entitled to refund or exchange just because of a change of mind. If you have any questions at all about the prints please check the FAQ page and the Printing and Framing details before purchasing. If there are still issues you want clarified please do not hesitate to contact me beforehand. If your purchase does not arrive in pristine condition or you are unhappy with the quality of the final product please contact Jason Davis Images as soon as possible.
 

Your Shipping Address

If you decide to get your purchase shipped please complete the details carefully. We will confirm this address with you before shipping but once an item is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
 

Duties and Taxes

Jason Davis Images bears no responsibility for any duties, taxes and processing fees relating to the delivery or importation of these prints. If you are ordering from overseas please be aware that some or all of these costs may arise. If you are purchasing from overseas you will not be charged the Australian Goods and Services Tax.
 
*For the Terms and Conditions relating to Commercial Photography and any other business conducted by Jason Davis Images they will be stated clearly in any contract arranged for that business.
